We finally got some feedback from a showing! Although we didn't sell it to these folks - I was encouraged...

(from the realtor who showed it) "I was very impressed as were the buyers with how well the home has been maintained and well it showed. However, it will not work for my buyers, mostly because of the steep staircase and they are both in their late 40's and he with a heart condition. Thanks for your efforts and getting us in there. I thought it was priced fair and if I have any other buyers that I think would be a great fit I will not hesitate to call you again."

Better than, "hey, the house was a piece!"
